The olive plantations are located about 300-400m above sea level, on the sun-drenched coast of Rossano and Corigilian in CalabriaHere the trees always enjoy the influence of the salty sea air - these ideal climatic living conditions favour the cultivation for olive varieties of the very best quality. The plantations are tended with great care in order to obtain a fruity and first-class Olio extravergine di Olivia. Only selected, hand-harvested olives from controlled cultivation are used by us. In principle, nothing has changed in the pressing method for thousands of years. It is a completely natural process in which the olive oil is extracted in a single cold pressing.

Our olives are still harvested by hand. Our gourmet olive oil is extremely intense, with a full-fruity scent and stands for a culinary highlight! So with just a few drops you can already refine your dishes with it.

We still harvest the grapes by hand. This tradition goes back in its roots to the ducal family d'Este. This is how we achieve a unique, high quality product that is a symbol of the exquisite modenese cuisine.
