Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena white
It is made from white grapes, like the red balsamic vinegar (BIO Aceto Balsamico di Modena white) but kept at such a low temperature during cooking that it does not get brown.
Simply used like all other well-known white vinegars, over everything on salads, but also in aperitifs, where olives and small onions are dipped into it. In comparison, it has an unmistakably pleasantly fruity effect.
Also for sauce preparation as an addition instead of wine vinegar for thickening (onion, tomato, vegetable sauces).
