This BIO Aceto Balsamico di Modena Gold 10 years is made from organically grown grapes.
It is a top league Aceto Balsamico. Full-bodied and velvety, bright dark brown, the aroma spicy-smoky, with a balsamic taste of sweet and sour, aged for years in various wooden barrels (acacia, chestnut, cherry and mulberry) - and grape must. These balanced notes make this aceto an exceptional speciality, very similar to the most expensive Aceto Balsamico Traditionale.
Usage:
It goes well with raw or cooked vegetables, meat roasted briefly or grilled, sauces, fish, omelettes, cheese and fruit salads.
